Project – Tachcard


Tachcard – provider of payments and transfers. Mobile application, web version, various solutions for the merchant. All for non-cash payments by bank cards using a smartphone.

With Tachcard application the user may make money transfers from card to card, pay for services, and send/receive money with other users using QR-code. For convenient use of application, you need to add bank cards of Ukrainian banks.

Security and reliability of the system is guaranteed by the PCI DSS v3.2 security certificate and VISA and MasterCard international payment systems.


Tachcard is a project of the Ukrainian company CityWorldGroup.

The project is being developed with the support of the Internal Payment System “City24” (Certificate No. 36 dated 02.08.2017), the Paying Organization of which is the
LLC FC “Phoenix”.

The key team of the project includes more than 10 constant memebers.
